Midland Teen Court is a non profit corporation, recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization; therefore, donations should be deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Midland Teen Court depends upon the generosity of local governmental entities, foundations, businesses, churches and individuals to fund both the operating fund and the scholarship fund.
